CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
The purpose of the Conference is to highlight Freudian psychoanalytic concepts and relevant clinical issues as well as solid opposing views. Topics covered are relevant to the following fields:

The conference languages are Greek, English & French. Simultaneous interpretation will be offered during lectures.

The conference is aimed at professionals and students from the field of health & mental health, as well as anyone with an interest in the Conference’s objectives.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made prior to the end of March 2013 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made from April 1st onwards. All refunds will be issued after the end of the Conference and until the end of May 2013. The funds will be deposited into an account, chosen by the individual party. Any bank or other expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Types of papers sought
The papers must report original, previously unpublished findings in the fields of:
“The Timelessness of Primal Sexuality”
“Fetishism”
“Homosexuality”
“Female Sexuality Re-Considered”
“The Sexual Encounter”
“Why Sex?”
“Psychoanalysis and Pansexualism: The Truth about it”
“Sexuality and Psychopathology”
“Transvestism”  
All papers will be reviewed under the direction of the Scientific Committee. The abstracts and papers must be written in English or Greek or French. Once your paper has been submitted and approved you may be asked for permission to publish it in the Conference’s minutes. Please state when sending your work whether you want the Scientific Committee to consider it for publication. Authors (corresponding author) willing to present a paper should submit an abstract in Greek, English, French, between 250 characters long.

Abstracts and papers must be written in English or French. All papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee considering the relevance to the objectives of the conference and corresponding authors will be notified about the approval of their work. Accepted papers will be considered for publication in the Conference’s minutes, therefore corresponding authors are kindly requested to advice whether permission for their paper to be published is granted.

Abstract preparation and submission instructions
An abstract is an extremely important part of the paper as it summarizes the entire paper; it is the public’s window to one’s work and must allow the reviewers to make an intelligent decision about its acceptance.
In writing the abstract, authors must be quantitative, use good English or French and do not exceed the imposed 250 words length limit. The abstracts should be submitted by e-mail to the following address: info@psychoanalysis.edu.gr
